It’s a popular saying that :

“A journey of thousand miles begins with a single step”

So, here’s a blog sharing my journey of content writing!!!

So, the journey started by deciding to participate in the article writing competition called Technical Scripter 2020 which is conducted by Geeksforgeeks after watching a YouTube video about the same.

For participating in this competition, it was mandatory to get at least one article published.

As we all know that to write an article, you need good knowledge of that topic. So, to gain different perspectives, I watched a lot of YouTube videos, read a lot of content while writing an article and that helped me to learn a lot of new things which I was not aware of initially!!

For example, I got to know different interesting projects possible in Blockchain or some tips to improve my programming skills😃.

After writing the article along with a lot of improvements time and again, it got published.

Next was another important task of sharing your articles with your network.

So, initially, I was not aware of the power of LinkedIn, but as time passed I realized that is the best platform to share ideas and gain feedback!!

I started writing and sharing my ideas on LinkedIn as well and it got a brilliant response!!

It’s a fantastic journey of researching for ideas to articulating them and from being a bit reluctant that how will I be able to write an article, to get my 3 articles published!!

I am so happy to share that in the Technical Scripter competition for which I wrote all the above articles, I was able to secure 3rd place through public voting!!
